And custom does not have to mean everything — it can be one or two statement pieces that enhance your overall look, paired with off-the-rack essentials such as trousers, skirts, etc. Our goal is to help you build a cohesive, smart looking wardrobe that tells your story.

Customise all garments — from tees to tailored suits

We custom design and manufacture a wide range of garments across industries. Whether it’s polos, casual round neck tees, collared shirts, suiting, or outdoor jackets — every piece can be designed to match your brand, whilst being functional and comfortable.

Custom-made fabric

If your brand needs more depth — we can start at fabric level. We design and create a custom fabric, weave your logo directly into shirting fabric, or select specific textures and weights of fabric for each garment. We work with mills all around the world to create fabrics ready suitable for your desired finished garments.

Hybrid focus: custom + off-the-rack

Not every uniform has to be built from scratch. But maybe some pieces need to be! We collaborate with you to blend custom and stock pieces into a single, matching uniform range. For example, it may be fully custom blazer worn over an off-the-rack shirt and pants paired with a branded polo— the result is a branded look that feels complete and totally yours.

Manufacturing

While all design, and garment development is managed in-house by our Brisbane team, we work closely with a trusted group of offshore manufacturing partners to bring your uniform to life.

Each factory specialises in a garment category, ensuring the highest level of expertise and consistency in each product:

  • Shirts – manufactured in a dedicated shirting factory focused on quality construction and detail. A partnership we’ve held for almost two decades.
  • Polos and Tees – produced by a partner specialising in high-performance, durable knits.
  • Suits and Custom Garments – crafted by a boutique production house in India handling tailored and complex pieces.
  • Fabric Production – managed by textile specialists capable of producing custom prints, logo weaves, and exclusive textures.

Our 8 Step Approach

STEP 1

CONSULTATION

Let’s talk!  This is by far the most important step.  We take the time to understand your brand, your team, your needs and what’s important to you.  In this free consultation we:

  • Invite you to share your vision, goals, and practical needs.
  • Ask the right questions to get clear on your vision.
  • Discuss timelines, sizing, team structure, and more.

 

STEP 2

LOOKBOOK DEVELOPMENT

Here we start building a visual concept — bringing together ideas, styles, and colour palettes to create a clearer picture of where we’re going.  We put together:

  • Initial styling and concepts.
  • A total lookbook for review and feedback with a range of ideas and options.
  • We refine until it feels right to you.

STEP 3

FABRIC SELECTION

Here we get a bit technical.  Once we’re clearer on the overall look and functions of the uniform we work on choosing the best fabrics for your team, industry, and budget.  In this step we:

  • Review swatches and fabric qualities.
  • Decide between stock or custom-made fabrics.
  • Align fabric choice with look, function, and comfort.

STEP 4

GARMENT DESIGN

Now the fun begins, once we are clear on all those steps and we have the colours, styles, and fabrics locked in, we move into sampling and perfecting the pieces.  In this step we:

  • Create garment samples of each custom piece for feedback.
  • Re-design and refine based on fit and feel.
  • Final approval when everyone’s happy.

STEP 5

TEST AND MEASURE

We quality check everything — especially new fabrics. If it is a new material, we test it first.  What are we looking for? When we test, we:

  • Check shrinkage, washability, and colour fasting.
  • Fit testing and comfort trials.
  • If using pre-approved fabrics, we simply skip straight to the next stage as the fabrics are proven and tested.

STEP 6

FITTINGS

A good-looking uniform that doesn’t fit well is a waste of everyone’s time.  In this step it’s time to lock in sizes and preferences for each team member.  Here we:

  • Arrange fitting sessions where needed or do fittings via sizing kits sent to your offices.
  • Everyone tries on, selects their sizes, and confirms wardrobe pieces.
  • The full list of uniforms for each staff member is compiled and sent to us for final batch ordering and production.

STEP 7

MANUFACTURING

With all the details confirmed, your custom order heads into production at our factories.  In this stage we:

    • Submit final quantities and styles to our factories.
    • Manufacturing begins across our specialist offshore partners.
    • We track every step to keep things on time and ensuring quality control.

STEP 8

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

Once your uniforms arrive in our warehouse, we do a full quality check before sending them out.  This step is so important to ensure a smooth integration of your new look.  Here we:

  • Check and sorted in-house, each item.
  • Individual staff packs are created with care instruction and re-ordering processes.
  • All garments delivered directly to your business or team members.
