We live and breath uniforms and corporate branding, catering for everyone from small boutique companies to large corporations and franchises. Whatever size business you have, you’ll know that dressing for work has changed a lot in the last few years. While there is still a place for traditional corporate attire, many workplaces are embracing a more relaxed approach.

As work environments have become more interactive and open, the dress code has also become more social. Not every Friday is casual, and not every Monday is corporate. A properly contrived modern work wardrobe will take you seamlessly from Monday morning through to Friday night, allowing the flexibility to pivot between various looks that suit different scenarios, and that’s where custom uniforms can really get exciting.

Customisation and Design

Your brand personality should be reflected in all touch points for your business, and your people are your most important touch point – especially if they are customer-facing – so ensuring they look the part is paramount. Our catalogue showcases an incredible range of items, styles and fabrics, but it is the ability to customise that really sets us apart. Add a fabric trim to your shirts, a coloured trim to your jackets and trousers, or even change the colour of buttons to create a look that you can be confident is yours alone.

And if all those options still aren’t enough, our in-house design team will work with you to source or create exactly what you want – even down to designing and making a customised fabric if that’s what you need for your brand.

Fittings

If you’re investing in a company uniform then we can’t overstate the importance of having a professional fitting. Once we’ve created your uniform, our fitting experts will bring a range of samples to your office so every member of your team can be confident that they’re getting the style and size that fits them best. We will record all the fitting details for you to approve before going into production, and the great news is that we don’t charge any extra for fittings – it’s all part of the service.

If time and/or distance mean an on-site fitting isn’t practical, our fitting guide pack is the perfect way to fit your team. We’ll send you a complete kit of size samples, fitting instructions and order forms, so your team can still try on the garments and make the best choice for themselves.

Uniform Branding and Presentations

Our founder and resident Brand Dog, Anoop, is renowned for his branding and sales expertise. Having worked for a number of large brands, and with extensive experience as a business coach, he is our resident expert on both personal branding and company branding. As you roll out your new uniform, bringing Anoop in to present to your team and launch the new look with you will be invaluable. Having him introduce the new uniform elements, make suggestions on how and when to wear them, and also how to care for them properly will help to get your team as excited about the change as you (and we) are.

And if a uniform just isn’t right for your brand – we get that too. We’ll be the first to tell you if we don’t think a uniform will work for your brand. But there is still power in understanding personal branding and how you can create a unique wardrobe for yourself. Anoop’s personal branding workshops are phenomenal. He’ll walk you through the power of first impressions, share tips on how to dress for the different social and business environments in which you engage, take you through the meanings of different colours, and so much more.

Let’s change the way we look at uniforms. They don’t all have to be the same for everyone. Here’s what a modern day uniform selection looks like. It’s all about keeping staff style in-line with dress codes. It’s the navy hues that ties their look in as a team. #navyblue #youruniformyourstyle #fridaystyle
