Multinail’s expertise lies in providing fully integrated solutions to the timber prefabrication industry, ensuring the highest quality building products, machinery, and software.
Multinail’s success story is deeply rooted in Australia, where they have dedicated over 40 years to revolutionizing the timber prefabrication industry. Their visionary focus on becoming the go-to provider for structural building products, machinery, and software has earned them a prominent place in the construction landscape.
Scope and Challenges:
The scope of the project was extensive, as the uniform was needed to cater to diverse roles and preferences within the organization. The Uniform Edit (TUE) faced the challenge of creating a cohesive and polished corporate look while ensuring flexibility for different departments. The uniform had to seamlessly incorporate the brand colours and logo, presenting a unified and on-brand appearance for Multi Nail.
To bring their new branding to life, Multinail embarked on a complete rebranding journey, seeking to outfit their entire organisation with custom uniforms reflecting their new colours of green and grey, along with their fresh logo. The scope of the uniform project was broad, covering front-of-house, back office, and work staff, as well as high-visibility and casual clothing. The Uniform Edit was excited about this project and designed a versatile and stylish uniform collection that catered to the diverse needs of Multinail’s workforce.
We came up with a comprehensive uniform collection that catered to both men and women, keeping in mind the need for versatility and style. For women, the collection included corporate dresses, skirts, and trousers, paired with a range of collared shirts and blouses to suit their preferences and roles. Men were provided with crisp business shirts in various colours, complemented by matching contrast trims inside the collars and cuffs, along with stylish custom polos.
To maintain continuity with Multinail’s branding, the uniform collection prominently featured their signature colours of green and grey. The custom shirts and polos showcased elements of the new brand through colour trims and accents, creating a unified and on-brand appearance.
In addition to the corporate attire, Multi Nail required high-vis garments. TUE provided standard high-vis products while incorporating the brand identity through the placement of the logo across the chest on these items. This thoughtful addition ensured a consistent and professional appearance even when employees wore high-vis gear.
To add contrast and variation, TUE included charcoal and white in the colour palette. Employees could choose from different colours depending on the season or their personal preferences. The white and light grey variations perfect for fresh summer days, while charcoal suitable for the cooler seasons. The uniform was all about creating a balance and offering staff the flexibility to choose appropriate colours, and styles according to the seasons and their personal preferences.
The collection also included a range of winter garments, such as knitwear, pullovers, zip-up vests, and jackets, ensuring that employees looked polished and comfortable regardless of the season.
Collaborating with TUE, Multinail successfully transformed its brand identity into a cohesive and stylish uniform collection. The custom uniforms reinforced Multinail’s strong identity and also elevated the company’s image among its workforce and customers alike.
